* Members of Medical Associations – in order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of a valid document, proving your membership in the National Association must be uploaded during the online registration.
* Students/ Trainees/ Fellows – in order to benefit from the special fee, a submission of your status confirmation (approval letter signed by the Head of Department or copy of your status ID) must be uploaded during the online registration.

- Admission to all sessions & workshops
- Admission to the commercial exhibition
- Refreshments as per the breaks in the program
- Certificate of Attendance
PAYMENT METHODS
- To pay ONLINE WITH CARD, fill in the registration form by clicking the “REGISTER HERE” button at the top of the page.
- For payment by BANK TRANSFER, fill in the registration form by clicking the “REGISTER HERE” button. After submitting your data you will receive instructions about how to finalize the payment through bank transfer. Your registration will be completed after you send a proof of payment to registration@wellbeingfordoctors.net
- For payment by SPONSORSHIP, or groups of more than 10 participants, please send a request to the e-mail address registration@wellbeingfordoctors.net
Payment of registration fees must be made in EUR after completing the registration process. You may choose one of the following methods:
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express
Bank Transfer: Additional EUR 30 handling fee is required.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be emailed to registration@wellbeingfordoctors.net prior to the below deadlines. Refund of the registration fee will be as follows:
Cancellations received until and including 10 June 2026 – full refund.
Cancellations received between 10 June – 10 September 2026 – 50% will be refunded.
As of 11 September 2026 – no refund will be made.
Note, in case of cancellation at any stage, Bank transfer handling fee (EUR 30) will not be refunded – applicable to Bank Transfer payments only.
