Our commitment
The Well-Being for Doctors (WBD) conference is dedicated to providing a respectful, harassment-free experience for everyone — regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, age, religion, or career stage.
Expected behaviour
- Be considerate, respectful, and collaborative
- Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour and speech
- Be mindful of your surroundings and of your fellow participants
- Alert organisers if you notice a dangerous situation or someone in distress
Unacceptable behaviour
- Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
- Physical or verbal abuse of any participant
- Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
- Recording or photographing private conversations without explicit consent
Reporting
If you witness or experience a code of conduct violation, please contact a member of the WBD team in person or email registration@wellbeingfordoctors.net. All reports will be handled discreetly and seriously.
Consequences
Participants who violate this code may be warned, removed from sessions, banned from the venue, or have their registration revoked without refund — at the discretion of the conference organisers.
