- To register any complaints in order to resolve them.
5. Legal basis for the processing of personal data
Any processing of personal data will be done on one of the following grounds, as per Art. 6(1) of the GDPR:

- For the performance of a contract or in the course of steps taken to conclude a contract to which you are a party or the organization you represent is a party;
- In order to comply with a legal obligation;
- For the purpose of pursuing legitimate interests of the Operator, except where your rights and freedoms might be affected.
6. Recipients of personal data
During the processing operations, personal data could be transferred, as necessary, to the following categories of recipients:
- Hotel establishments, transport companies, restaurants and, in general, any entity that will provide the services ordered by customers, in order to carry out any necessary booking or personalization formalities;
- Other profile establishments;
- Romanian or foreign state authorities;
- Data processors, directly/indirectly involved in the service provision process (e.g. IT service providers, billing/accounting service providers, marketing service providers, newsletter, customer satisfaction assessment);
- Financial banking institutions;
- Courts, arbitral courts or other administrative-legal entities.
Proevents International SRL will always retain control over your personal data and will ensure that its authorized providers of related services have implemented appropriate personal data protection measures, in accordance with applicable laws, in order to ensure the integrity and security of your data.

In such a situation, the Controller will require such recipients to undertake to implement sets of measures designed to protect personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 or other applicable EU laws.
8. Data retention period
Personal data collected by Proevents International SRL will be processed:
- For the entire period necessary for the performance of the contract;
- For a period of 3 years after termination of the contract, for the purpose of settling any disputes;
- After the expiry of the 3-year period, if the retention of personal data is necessary, in accordance with national law, respecting the indicated retention periods.
