How to pay
Payment methods.
To pay online with card, fill in the registration form by clicking a Register button above.
For payment by bank transfer, fill in the registration form by clicking a Register button. After submitting your data you will receive instructions about how to finalize the payment through bank transfer. Your registration will be completed after you send a proof of payment to registration@wellbeingfordoctors.net.
For payment by sponsorship, or groups of more than 10 participants, please send a request to registration@wellbeingfordoctors.net.
Payment of registration fees must be made in EUR after completing the registration process. You may choose one of the following methods:
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard or American Express
- Bank Transfer: additional EUR 30 handling fee is required.

Planning to bring your team? Groups of 3 or more receive a 40% discount on all registrations. The more you bring, the more you take back.

What's included in registration?
Admission to all sessions and workshops, the exhibition, program refreshments and breaks, and a certificate of attendance.
How do I prove my student / member status?
Students and trainees upload a status confirmation (approval letter signed by Head of Department or a copy of your status ID). Medical association members upload a valid membership document during registration.
What payment methods are accepted?
Online card payment (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), or bank transfer (EUR 30 handling fee applies). Groups exceeding 10 participants are handled via direct email to the registration team.
What's the cancellation policy?
Until 10 June 2026: full refund. Between 10 June and 10 September 2026: 50% refund. From 11 September 2026: no refund. Bank transfer fees remain non-refundable.
How do I get an invitation letter for a visa?
After registration is confirmed, email registration@wellbeingfordoctors.net with your passport details. Visa support letters are issued within five working days.
