Presentation uploading
Speakers are asked to upload their presentation at the technical team desk (located inside the Plenary hall) at least 3 hours before their session begins. There is no need to submit the presentation by email in advance.
Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive or an external hard drive.
Speakers scheduled for morning sessions are strongly encouraged to upload their presentations the previous day.
Presentation duration
Presentation length depends on the lecture type.
Please check the Conference Program to confirm the exact duration assigned to your session. Note that the indicated time refers only to the presentation itself, as each session also includes a dedicated Q&A part.
Presentation slides content
Presentations must be strictly scientific in nature.
All speakers are required to complete a Conflict-of-Interest Disclosure Form.
Please include the following at the beginning of your presentation:
- Title slide: Please include your name and the title of your presentation.
- Conflict of Interest slide: Please disclose any relevant conflicts of interest. You may either list your disclosures or simply state “Nothing to Disclose.”
Please address the Conflict of Interest disclosure at the beginning of your presentation and leave the slide visible for at least 30 seconds, allowing sufficient time for the audience to review and understand the information.
